Consumer Protection

Everyday people are charged fees for things they did not agree to pay. This can happen when someone is charged a fee they did not agree to in their lease or when someone is charged a fee not mentioned in
a contract when purchasing a vehicle or any other item. Additionally, many consumers find themselves facing calls at all times of night for debt they may owe or debt they may not owe. NC provides protection from deceptive trade practices, like being charged extra fees not agreed to in a contract. There are also state and federal debt collection laws that serve to protect consumers from these unfairdebt collection practices.

If you feel you’ve been the victim of a deceptive trade practice or unfair debt collection practice contact us for a free consultation.
